Eye Candy - Scaling Mode

Question

What does the Scaling Mode option do? And what does this message mean?

In Fixed Scaling Mode, the size of this effect will not change, even when it is applied to a different image.

Answer

All of Eye Candy's effects automatically adapt to the size of your logo, title or image. This makes it easy to browse the presets and find the right look for your design. This behavior is referred to as the Adaptive Mode.

In some design situations, you may prefer set the effect size in terms of a fixed number of pixels. If that is the case, then you should use the Fixed Mode. A Fixed Mode preset will not change the size of the effect when it is applied to a different image.

Watch this video to better understand the differences between the two modes and how to use them.
