Program Crash - Error Report

Problem

Your product may experience a situation that causes the program to fail or crash. When this happens we aim to quickly identify the problem and resolve it with a minor update. If you've experienced a crash with current update, this article will help gather information needed to identify, and resolve the problem.

Submit error report: Include your email

The software may generate an error report message that looks like this. This is very helpful to identify problems and link common failures.

In optional comments describe the actions you where doing just before the crash occurred.

Include your email so that the support team can follow up with a resolution or further trouble shooting steps. If you do not include your email there is no way for the support team to contact you.
