Problem

Your product may experience a situation that causes the program to fail or crash. When this happens we aim to quickly identify the problem and resolve it with a minor update. If you've experienced a crash, it's likely installing the current update from our website will resolve the issue.

Solution

Download and install the current update of your product version from the Downloads page.

If you own an earlier version, you can update through the "Download Older Installers" button at the bottom of the Downloads page.

Make sure you quit out of all Photoshop and Lightroom applications before running the installer. The host selection step should detect all compatible host programs. Check all desired host programs and complete the installation. 

Once the install is complete, test the product to see if the issue has been resolved.
