Problem

I purchased a product from Alien Skin Software. I have my license code, but I lost the CD or the download link sent in the e-mail. How can I get the installer again?

Solution

Installers for current version are available at our Downloads Page. Once installed, you can activate the software with your license code. If you need the license code or need to know what version you have, you can simply use our license recovery form.

If you purchased an older version of the software, you can always find the downloads in our Old Installers article. Some installers aren't available due to their age. If you require one of them, please submit a support ticket with the plug-in's license code. Once we receive that, we will email you the downloads.
