Live web based chat support


We have fully integrated the Olark web based chat system onto all pages of our website. Our chat hours are from 9am-4pm EST. From time to time, we may not be available for chat.

If we are not available for chat, the chat box in the lower right of the screen will not be visible. It is only visible when we are available for chat. 

Some of the reasons include, but are not limited to:

  1. We are out of the office.
  2. We are currently working with several customers. (If we are chatting with several people, the chat system will automatically go offline until the current chats are finished.
  3. You are attempting to contact us outside of normal business hours. In that case, you can always submit a support ticket.

How to:

To use the chat system, just visit or a connected webpage. The chat system is located in the lower right corner of the webpage. This system will ask for your name and e-mail address. This information is only used to create a support ticket so we can keep a record of our interaction. It will not be used to send you spam of any kind.

Take note of the angled arrow on the right of the chat box, you can click that option to pop the window out of the browser so you can continue the conversation without needing to be on our site.
